Two student teams from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) proudly represented the university at the Digital Innovation Creativepreneur (DICE) 3.0 competition organised by the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) and hosted by Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). From the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT), the HoloChill team led by Anum, with members Angel Bong Xin Tze, Tay Yao Yee, Edwin Wong Kiing En, and Farrysha Qashryna Teh Binti Farrez Teh, mentored by Ts. Dr. Suriati Khartini Binti Jali, won Silver in the AR/VR Category. Meanwhile, from the Faculty of Applied and Creative Arts (FACA), the TriArte Studio team with their project Lulu’s Adventure, comprising Ericca JC Lawrence, Wu Jue, Abang Adib Fakhri Bin Abang Abu Bakar, and Fidelis Anak Patrick, mentored by Mr. Tang Hung Moi achieved a place in the Top 5 of the Main Award. Their achievements reflect the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit nurtured through the UNIMAS Entrepreneurship Centre (UEC).
