The Innovate2Startup Competition is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing graduate employability by developing innovation and entrepreneurial skills, while providing a pathway for students to transform ideas into marketable products.

This program also supports Sarawak’s post-COVID-19 development in alignment with the Post COVID-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030 by strengthening an innovation-driven economy. Students will be exposed to industry networks and funding opportunities that can accelerate startup growth.

In addition, this initiative strengthens the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by offering guidance across the idea, prototyping, and product development phases, ultimately contributing to positioning Sarawak as a future hub for innovation and technology.
